Memberships and passes

A one-time pass gives access for the days it says and does not renew. A membership renews automatically until you cancel it; cancelling stops the next payment and access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

Some plans limit how many days a month you can use a desk. The limit is shown on the plan and in your account.

Bookings

A booked desk is held for you for that day. If you have not arrived by midday, staff may release it to someone else.

Conference-room hours are charged when you book. Cancelling a paid booking does not refund it automatically — ask staff.

Virtual office

A virtual office is sold for a year and renews automatically. It gives you a spot on the virtual floor and the mail service of your tier; it does not include a desk.

Your spot is held while the membership is active. If it lapses, the spot is released and someone else may take it.

House rules

Use the space considerately, do not give your access to anyone else, and follow staff instructions on site.

We can suspend access for repeated breaches. Where that happens mid-term we will refund the unused part.
