Privacy

Last updated 23 August 2026. This describes what the app actually stores; it is not legal advice.

What we store about you

Your email address, and your name if you gave us one. We use them to sign you in and to write to you about your bookings, membership and post.

Your desk bookings, check-ins and conference-room reservations, so the venue knows who is using what.

Payment records: what you bought, when, and how much. Card details never reach us — Stripe handles them.

Voice and video messages

If you call reception through the app, the call is recorded. You are told this on screen before the call starts.

If nobody answers you can leave a voice or video message. Both recordings and messages are stored so staff can listen to them and reply.

Post, for virtual-office members

We record that post arrived for you and a short description written by staff — usually the sender.

On the tier that includes scanning, we scan the item and store the document so you can read it in the app. Only you and Innovator staff can open it.

We keep a scan while your virtual office is active and for 90 days after it ends, then delete the document. The record that post arrived stays, so we can still answer questions about it later.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments. SMTP2GO sends our emails. Cloudflare stores recordings, messages and scans, and serves the site. Google and Apple see only what you share when you use them to sign in.

We do not sell anything about you, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records we must keep for accounting even after you leave.

Ask at reception or write to [email protected].
